The decision to sell Anytime project was made in accordance with the company’s development strategy. At the seed stage of the Anytime project, the investment holding RedStone Capital acted as an investor and created a high-quality product, which today became one of the leading players in its market.

The transaction does not involve a combination of operating activities and brands.
