At the strategic session Basenko delivered a report in which he spoke about the main growth drivers for SMEs in Russia.
Alexey Basenko started his speech with the following words: “The development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is one of the main growth strategies for the Russian economy. Therefore, the adoption of a number of initiatives and laws should help to increase the percentage of SMEs. And one of the growth factors here is a radical change in the way of thinking of new generations”.
