Head of SimpleFinance spoke at the conference “Microfinance: International Experience” taken place in Prague

On October 17th, 2019, Alexey Basenko, CEO of SimpleFinance, Russia’s largest FinTech lender to SMEs, performed at “Microfinance: International Experience” conference. He introduced to the audience TenderHub project and discovered its competitive advantages in the market.  TenderHub – part of SimpleFinancу group – is a hi-tech on-line platform for all financial needs related to tender participation. 

TenderHub – online bank guarantee platform designed for SME. 

The platform’s core are advanced technological solutions, making it possible to automate, simplify and speed-up the process of issuing bank guarantees as part of 44-F3, 185-F3, 223-F3. 

«Our unique platform, due to its direct integration capabilities with banks via API, provides secure and effective transfer of information, one-click submission and signing of documents, uses electronic signature with the same legal force as the natural one, makes background checks of customer’s data when filling in the forms», mentioned Alexey Basenko. He emphasized that all the above-mentioned aspects allow to shorten the application time to 15-20 minutes and do not link it to physical location of the applicant.  

After submitting an application, the system automatically updates all the data, takes information from open access – and all these procedures takes less than one minute.

TenderHub platform easy-to-use interface allows users to quickly navigate at the platform and upload and sign documents fully electronically. At personal online accounts users can choose the necessary from a variety of functionalities such as personal notification systems (e-mail, chat) and much more.

Recently TenderHub became the Skolkovo resident. The residence status is expected to engage Skolkovo Experts’ community – including IT cluster and Innovation center, as well as open doors to new partnerships with top FinTech and IT companies. 

“The platform will soon undergo changes and expansion phase by joining new banks and MFIs and provide a full range of credit and guarantee services for small and medium-sized businesses,” summed up Alexey Basenko.

 “To verify borrower’s credit risks we will use our in-house methodology based on big data and machine learning technologies”. 

Microfinance: International Experience is the first foreign event of National Association of Microfinance Market Shareholders (NAMMS), Russian Microfinance Center (RMC) for owners and heads of MFIs, CPCs and pawnshops. The goals of the conference are to adopt European microfinance market experience and to apply it to the Russian Federation, to evaluate the prospects for companies that planing entering into the foreign markets.
